Concerts are a weekly event at Peninsula Park. Fairy Tales at the park is a available for children in the summer as well. Le Petite Playhouse offers live theater on the Peninsula seasonally. It is located at the Fisherman’s Wharf also on Peninsula Rd. adjacent to the boat ramp parking lot.
In December the Channel Island Harbor hosts a Parade of Lights for decorated boats while during the day snow play are available for the public.
During the summer, Wet Wednesday brings sailors to the area for a spectacular scene into the sunset. Food Trucks line up and visitors swarm to taste and enjoy their food.
Hollywood Beach has easy access to Highway 101, scenic drive through PCH Hwy1 to I-10 through Santa Monica, an easy hour drive to LAX, and local train station.
