Some Highlights:

VA Loan Limits for San Diego County

Some other good news is that since we are above average city for price of homes, VA loan limits now realistically reflect the cost of buying a home in San Diego. The VA Loan Limit for San Diego is $649,750.  Below is a chart that shows some other loan limits in high cost communities. Remember though, just because you have a VA benefit doesn’t necessarily mean you qualify for the total loan limit.
